Oppressive individuals appreciate “Framing” Games. They INCITE their picked ones- TARGETS, for a REACTION, which they can eventually claim it as a proof of mental flimsiness or something different that says the VICTIM is to be blamed. Diverting all attention away from his own behaviour,  the Bully looks for help from others turning them against his Target. It could be like crushing for any individual who previously experiencing abuse to be accused, dismissed or segregated. The abuser appreciates the feeling of “Power” and control he gets from tormenting without any potential repercussions and the positive attention he gets from playing the person in question and angling for compassion.
